XBRL information:

• What is XBRL?

“eXtensible Business Reporting Language is a freely available, open, global standard for exchanging business information. XBRL allows the expression of semantic meaning commonly required in business reporting. XBRL is a standards-based way to communicate and exchange business information between business systems.”

• What is required for “Phase 2” (Year 2) of XBRL?

Companies are required to detail tag both the financial statements and footnotes (all monetary values, percentages and numbers).

• What filings are required for XBRL?

      o Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 20-F, 40-F

o Forms 8-K or 6-K that contain revised or updated financial statements

      o Restatements

o Securities Act registration statements that contain financial statements

(All financial statements for a period ending on or after June 15, 2011)

• When do we need to send you our documents in order to meet the filing deadline?

There is no specific time frame, however, we strongly urge you to send us your documents as soon as they are available. This time frame depends on the size of the document and the amount of edits or revisions. The closer to the deadline, the smaller the chances are of having your filing submitted on the due date. Typically, one week is sufficient, but again, the size of the financials will determine this. Please feel free to contact us for any questions.
